Watercolour Tip Of The Week (18th February 2005)

When creating a Watercolour, I always work from light to dark.
Tones can always be darkened, but it is very difficult to lighten them.
Working in this way enables you to capture the 'light' in the early stages and maintain it throughout the painting.
