Watercolour Tip Of The Week (11th June 2005)

If you feel your watercolour paper is too absorbent, try using Gelatine Size.
You apply the liquid with a large soft brush, leaving to dry for a few minutes.
The size will reduce the absorbency of the paper, making it easier to apply the washes.
