Robert is very excited to be Tutoring an 8 day course for West Norfolk Arts Centre in May next year.

The course will be run on a structured basis, visiting carefully chosen painting locations, where with Robert's help & encouragement, you can paint in your chosen medium.

The dates have now been finalised for Robert's Weekend Workshops during the Summer of 2012. They will be held in the picturesque village of Runswick Bay and are:

23rd & 24th June  - FULL

30th June & 1st July - 2 Places Left

14th & 15th July - 2 Places Left

 The village, with its white painted cottages and neat gardens looks out on one of the loveliest bays in the North of England and one which provided safe anchorage for fishing boats for more than 600 years. When the industry began to decline, it's unique setting attracted first Artists and then holidaymaker's.

Runswick offers the painter a wide variety of subject matter. Whether you prefer painting beach scenes or intimate cameos, you will find something to suit, right on the doorstep of the village hall. If you would rather paint indoors, the hall, which has stunning views over the Bay, is spacious, with all modern conveniences.

The village has it's own pub, serving meals, both at lunch time and evenings. There is also a wonderful cafe situated just above the beach, providing sandwiches and snacks throughout the day.

If you would like Private Tuition, or you would like to purchase a day's tuition as a gift for someone, Robert is happy to tutor individuals or small groups, (no more than 3 people), in Oils, Watercolour or Pastel in his home studio in Sleights, Whitby.

The price for a day's Tuition is currently £150. (£50 per person if 3 people attend).

Beginners or more advanced students are welcome.
